Sir Keir Starmer plans to press allies to supply Ukrainian forces with more long-range missiles to strike enemy locations during talks in the UK capital on the upcoming Friday.

Sir Keir is set to welcome Ukrainian President Zelensky alongside what's known as "coalition of the willing", consisting of more than 20 of Ukraine's allies who have pledged to provide the Ukrainian government defense assurances once a ceasefire is brokered.

Ukraine's president has been pleading for weeks for further long-range weapons from allied countries, a step that Russia has warned would worsen the hostilities.

The Ukrainian president is coming from Brussels, where he held talks with EU leaders on Thursday requesting economic assistance.

"The single figure participating in the ongoing war who refuses to halt the conflict is Vladimir Putin," the Prime Minister said.

Britain's leader furthermore reveal that one hundred extra air defense systems will be provided to Kyiv earlier than planned, as specified in a multi-billion pound agreement concluded between the United Kingdom and the Ukrainian government in March.

Global Backing

Ukraine's leader arrives after important international achievements recently: Donald Trump's decision to enact further sanctions against Russia, and European countries consenting to fund Kyiv's budgetary shortfall.

Sir Keir will encourage delegates to increase the provision of long-range weapons following a productive attack on an industrial facility in the Bryansk region, Russia, using British-supplied missile systems.

"Additionally, his brutal assaults on small children in a nursery recently make that crystal clear," he added.

Several minors were included in a minimum of seven lost in multiple enemy assaults on the country, which hit a preschool facility in the important metropolitan area Kharkiv.

Budgetary Negotiations

The Prime Minister will consult Western allies on approaches for withdraw Russian oil and gas off the global market.

Delegates will also examine employing blocked Russian resources to supply the Ukrainian government with monetary support, while the proposal faced a lack of political consensus and jurisdictional challenges at the EU conference on Thursday.

The EU stopped short of consenting an initiative to utilize as much as €140 billion in frozen Russian assets to monetarily assist Ukraine.
